Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline.
Having stress can vary from being mild in behaviour to extreme and can often lead to diseases like mental illness anxiety etc. Therefore it becomes a need of the hour to take care of a stress and manage our mental health and balance our life.

- Following your hobby : It has been scientifically proven that the thing we love to do often result in de-stressing of ourselves this is because the thing in which we are interested can come our mind and divert it for sometime.
- Peace - Following the path of peace is definitely going to make a huge change in a person's life it can remove anxiety stress mental illness what drink and necessary e load and does improves your health and the vision of life.
