The refund will be done for the product not delivered or services not rendered. In no other case the refund will be done.
The refund will be done within a week for customers in India and it will take 2-3 weeks for customers outside India.
The full amount will be refunded in case a service is not rendered at all.
In case the service was rendered and some error occurred which could not be amended then partial amount will be refunded.
Mode of Refund
The refund will be done through NEFT transfer to customers in India and through PayPal for customers outside India. For getting refund the claimant need to contact us with due reasons and if they are found valid then our team will initiate refund within a week of the claim.
The product found faulty should be returned back within two weeks of the purchase of the product for claiming the refund or replacement of the product.
The product returned after two weeks of the purchase won’t be refunded and replaced.
The cancellation for the services can be done within a week of the service if the service charge is paid then partial refund will be done.
If the cancellation is done after two weeks then there won’t be any refund.
The cancellation done within a day of the order will get full refund if the service is not rendered at all or the product not dispatched.
Things to be Noted
Books purchased through EduPedia Publications are printed as they are ordered.
Because the books are printed on demand, EduPedia Publications cannot cancel orders, accept returns or provide refunds on these products.

Our publishing platform is open to everyone and the authors decide the content and design quality. Our staff does not monitor or check individual content prior to publication through our web site.
If you receive a product with production defect (missing pages, torn corners etc.), we will provide a replacement copy. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com mentioning your order number and the defect you found.
