A Study on Employee Turnover in Coimbatore Murugan Mills Ltd

Abstract


Employee Turnover means number of incoming and outgoing workers form an organization or company. In other words we can say when a new employee takes place of old employee it is called employee turnover in a period of time. Turnover of employees can create due to the some internal factors of companies like excessive workload, not giving the sufficient authority, low salaries; organization does not providing proper facilities.

            Background of the study means that why we are doing this study? There is a problem of employee turnover we not satisfied by their jobs, because employers are not providing them their rights. Management demands to perform the duty of two or more people, excessive work load, not providing them proper authority to make decisions, poor leadership, employees are not provided allowances, bounces, fringe benefits, proper facilities which a worker having right. When there is promoting time of employees then a employee cannot expect that he will get his promotion right in this case management prefer to their relatives, friends etc.
