The existence of organizations is vital for the existence of living being in the globe. Organizations operate in complex and changing environment. The environment is increasingly critical and dynamic in nature. Because of increasingly critical and dynamic environment, organizations are continuously confronted with the need to implement changes in strategy, structure, process, policies, operations, technology, and culture.
