Abstract


In this study found the compensation policy of an organization. All these compensation programs, can contribute to a company’s Competitive advantage. A Company can use discretionary benefits to distinguish itself from the competition. So, Inter loop is conveying a message that the company is a good place to work because it is investing in the well beings of its employees. These entire lucrative benefits program helps to attract and retain the large pool of employees
