Abstract


Theaimofthisstudyistodevelopahigh efficiency single-input multiple-output(SIMO)  chopper ciruit.Theproposedconvertercanincreasethevoltageofalowlevelvoltageinputpowersourcetoacontrollablehighlevelvoltagedcbusandmid-levelvoltageoutputterminals.Thehighlevelvoltagedcbuscantakeasthemainpowerforahighlevelvoltagedcloadorforadc–acinverter.Moreover,mid-levelvoltageoutputterminalscansupplypowersforindividualmid-levelvoltagedcloads  orforchargingauxiliarypowersources(e.g.,batterymodules).Inthisstudy,acoupled-inductorbaseddc–dcconverterutilizesonlyonepowerswitchwiththecorrespondingdevicespecificationsareadequatelydesigned.Asaresult,theobjectivesofhigh-efficiencypowerconversion,highstepupratio,andvariousoutputvoltageswithdifferentlevelscanbeachieved.
