Abstract


This exploration paper investigates the nature of work life in private and open part healing facilities in Hyderabad. The point of this examination is to distinguish the nature of work life of attendants and para-medicinal staff. The specialist needs to feature the components on working conditions, work pressure, work fulfillment, hierarchical atmosphere and staff correspondence. For this examination the specialist gathered the information of 150 respondents (70 private parts and 80 open divisions). Likert 5 point scale is utilized for the poll (1 show extremely poor 2. Poor 3. Normal 4. Great 5. Good). Stratified arbitrary examining strategy has been utilized for this examination. In private area the administration needs to take measures on work pressure, work fulfillment and staff correspondence.
