A Study on Customer Perception Towards Hero Bikes In Dindigul City

Abstract


The study is entitled “A study on consumer perception towards Hero bikes in Dindigul city .The study was undertaken to know the perception level of the Hero Bikes users. A sample survey of 126 respondents is undertaken to find out the customer perception towards hero bikes in Dindigul city. Many have not preferred to buy Hero bikes because of perceptual error on durability and size aspects, so proper steps should be taken to improve the awareness of Hero bikes. The performance to some of the previous version Hero bikes was not good. The expectations of the customers are quite high. Many expect high design, comfort, and mileage in lower cost involvement. As the study was limited to Dindigul City only, it was possible for the scholar to understand the demographic profiles and consumer perception. Consistency in performance, level of satisfaction also has a major impact. The study of consumer perception towards Hero bikes gives an idea of individual preference towards the product based on various influencing factors like price, group influences, social influences and Psychological influences. The important statistical tools going to be use in analysis are as follows. Percentage analysis, Chi-square test, and ANOVA.The important findings of the study were drawn from the analyzed data. Suggestions and Conclusions were arrived based on the findings of the study.
