Abstract


GST is an attempt to unify the nation, an effort to create a single national market. For the Retail industry is a positive step the approval of the Bill means seamless integration of goods and services in transactions across the States. It will surely encourage macroeconomics in general and retail in particular.  Indirect taxes in the India have for companies to restructure and model of your supply chain and systems due to the multiplicity of taxes and the costs involved. In the hope that the goods and services tax (GST) will see the light of day, the way India does business will change forever.
